I just had the best omlette of my life. The eggs had a perfect blend of milk and just enough butter to get the outside a little brown and crispy without saturating the eggs or making them greasy. Inside there was grilled salmon, crumbling roasted potatos, and greens. The entire omlette was topped with a mustardy rouille sauce.

These were my family's leftovers.

Anyone still wonder how I got into food?
